WiFi access at this location is provided by the venue/premises operator ("Venue") using the GuestConnect platform operated by Guest Connect Networks. The Company provides the underlying technology; the Venue is responsible for the physical network and premises.
In accordance with Department of Telecommunications ("DoT") and Telecom Regulatory Authority of India ("TRAI") requirements applicable to public WiFi access points in India, you may be required to verify your identity (e.g., via one-time password sent to your mobile number, or a voucher issued after verification) before being granted access. You consent to receiving this one-time password/service SMS for the sole purpose of verifying and granting your access.
The Service records certain session information — your mobile number (where used), device MAC address, allotted IP address, connection/disconnection timestamps, and approximate data usage — for regulatory compliance and network security purposes. This data is retained for the period required under applicable law and directions issued by the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team ("CERT-In"), and may be disclosed to law-enforcement or regulatory authorities upon a lawful request.
You agree that you will not use the Service to:
Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension of your access, without refund where paid access was purchased for the abused session, and may be reported to law-enforcement authorities where warranted.
Access may be subject to time limits, data caps, and bandwidth shaping as configured by the Venue for the package/method you selected (free, OTP-based, voucher, paid, or account login). The Company and Venue do not guarantee a specific speed, latency, or uninterrupted connectivity, as these depend on factors including the Venue's underlying internet connection and local network conditions.
Where you purchase paid access, charges are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant, RBI-authorised payment gateway. Purchased access is generally non-refundable once granted, except where required by the Venue's stated refund policy or Applicable Law (including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, where applicable). Voucher codes and self-service login credentials are personal to you and must not be shared, resold, or transferred.
This is a shared public network. While the Company and Venue take reasonable security measures, you should not treat this connection as fully private or secure — avoid transmitting sensitive personal or financial information over it where possible, and use encrypted (HTTPS) connections for sensitive activity. Neither the Company nor the Venue can guarantee the security of data you transmit over this network or any third-party website/service you access through it.
If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use the Service under the supervision of, and with the consent of, a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the Company nor the Venue shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of data, business, or profits, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Applicable Law.
Access may be terminated at any time for breach of these Terms, at the end of your purchased/allotted session, or at the Venue's discretion for operational or security reasons.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at the Company's registered place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-forum rights available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
These Terms may be updated periodically; the version and effective date at the top of this page reflect the terms currently in force. Continuing to use the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
