Your account has been created by, and operates under the authority of, a Tenant Administrator ("your Tenant Admin") — typically your employer or the business operating the premises. Your access is limited to the functions and data your Tenant Admin has granted (e.g., front-desk voucher issuance, viewing active sessions) and does not make you a party to the Tenant Admin's subscription or billing relationship with Guest Connect Networks ("Company").
You agree to use the Platform strictly within the scope of your assigned duties. You shall not: (a) access, export, or share Guest personal data (phone numbers, session logs) outside the legitimate purpose of your role; (b) attempt to access dashboard sections, routers, or settings not granted to your account; (c) share your login credentials with any other person; (d) use the Platform for any purpose prohibited under the Information Technology Act, 2000 or other Applicable Law.
Guest data, pricing, and operational information visible to you through the dashboard is confidential. You shall not disclose it to unauthorised third parties, and shall handle personal data of Guests in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, using it only for the purpose of operating the guest WiFi service on behalf of your Tenant Admin.
Your Tenant Admin remains solely responsible under their Tenant Administrator Agreement for compliance, billing, and regulatory obligations relating to their account. Any instruction from your Tenant Admin that would require you to violate Applicable Law (e.g., disabling mandatory Guest identification) is not authorised by this Agreement and must not be followed; you should report such instances to the Company's Grievance Officer.
You must keep your login credentials confidential and notify your Tenant Admin or the Company immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Access will be revoked by your Tenant Admin upon your role change or offboarding, and continued use of credentials after such revocation is unauthorised.
You are responsible for actions taken under your account. The Company's liability toward you, if any, is limited in the same manner described in the Tenant Administrator Agreement, Clause 8, which is incorporated here by reference.
Grievances may be raised with the Grievance Officer at lhbsram@gmail.com or 9030716651, per the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, with dispute resolution as set out in Clause 12 of the Tenant Administrator Agreement, incorporated here by reference.
This Agreement may be updated from time to time; continued use of the Platform after a material update requires re-acceptance.
